Here is my own personal testimonial.
I was generally a healthy person. I weight trained, kickboxed and danced. I worked out all my life until I had a baby. After my pregnancy I gained weight. Though I ate well, I stopped working out due to sleep deprivation, being a new parent and learning how to be one. I was exhausted and so was my husband. I fell into the “I don’t have time or energy” cycle.
People still thought I was pregnant after having my baby. Yikes! I had a panza, a baby fat belly. Then one day I went to a Zumba® class. I remembered how much I love to dance and it was so much fun.
I was hooked.
After 7 months of Zumba® I have lost 30 pounds. My belly is almost flat and I can start to see my abs again. I’ve lost 4 1/2 inches in my waist and 3 1/2 inches around my hips.
Zumba® is fitness but it also releases stress and works the mind. With this combination and eating right one can achieve their goals.
