Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold Toning®return to top

Zumba Toning® raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves. Students learn how to use lightweight Toning Sticks or hand-weights to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones. This class is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.

Zumba Sentao®

The Zumba Sentao® workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party and partners it with explosive, chair-based choreography to strengthen, balance and stabilize your core, and step up your cardio work in a whole new way. Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and work the chair) in a high-energy fitness-party that will keep you on the edge of your seat!

Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr.®

Designed exclusively for kids , Zumba Kids® (ages 7-11) and Zumba Kids Jr.® (ages 4-6) classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumba Kids® because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. These classes are series classes and require registration of child participants.

Cardio Kickboxing with COREreturn to top

This is a high energy class filled with a fusion of kickboxing and Kenpo style karate moves. It combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Unlike other types of kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors. Students should bring a yoga mat to do floor work.

INSANITY® uses a “MAX Interval Training” method. You perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each INSANITY workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between short, intense workouts (aerobic) and cool-down (anaerobic) intervals. This is designed for group fitness and has pumping music to make you go deeper. Try a full hour class or get EXPRESS with a 30 minute class. We are going to BLAST those GLUTES, ABS and ARMS into shape. We will use our body weight and a chair for assistance. We will also use light weights. Bring some hand weights: beginners (2 lb., 3 lb.) or advance (5 lb. or 8 lb.), depending on your ability. Bring a yoga mat for core work and floor stretches. BRING YOUR ENERGY!! You will not want to miss this amazing class! 30 minute or 60 minute classes available.

Strapped Fitness is strength training that uses a system of webbing called a “suspension trainer” to allow the user to work against their own body weight. You will develop lean muscle and burn body fat as well as develop core body strength, joint and muscular stability. Bring a yoga mat, water and towel. THIS CLASS IS … WOW!!
