Cancellations

If you need to cancel your account for any reason, please come by the studio to fill out our cancellation form, or mail / drop off a letter that is dated, includes a brief reason for your cancellation, and signed to:
2640 E. Main St., Ventura, CA 93003.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Purchases, Cancellations & Refunds

MULTI-CLASS PUNCH CARDS

All sales are final on pre-paid punch cards. Punch Cards cannot be frozen or refunded. A 30-day extension may be purchased for $25.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO Memberships

All sales are final on Pay-As-You-Go options. The Pay-As-You-Go membership cannot be suspended or refunded.

DANZAR UNLIMITED and UNLIMITED ZUMBA MEMBERSHIPS

Unlimited memberships may be canceled with a 30 days written notice, with no cancellation fee as long as your membership has been active for a minimum of 6 months at the time of cancellation notice.

Memberships that are canceled within the first 6 months of activity will be voided immediately and assessed a $150.00 cancellation fee.

Memberships that are canceled after the initial 6 month period will remain valid for 30 days from the date of your cancellation notice.

Depending on when your automatic billing date occurs, there may be a final charge on the account after your cancellation notice is submitted. Therefore, we encourage members to confirm their billing date before submitting their cancellation notice.

A cancellation request can be given in person at the studio or sent by US Mail only. Cancellation requests sent via email, the form on our Contact page, Facebook posts/messaging, text or any other electronic method will not be accepted.

WORKSHOPS, TRAININGS, and SPECIAL EVENTS

Many of the workshops, instructor trainings, and special events held at Ventura Danzar are organized, presented and/or conducted by at third party. As a result, refunds for these enrollment fees can take up to 30 days to be processed.
