If you need to cancel your account for any reason please come by the studio to fill out our cancellation form or mail / drop off a letter that is dated, with brief reason and signed to 2640 E. Main St. Ventura, CA 93003. Below is the policy for accounts.

Purchases, Cancellations & Refunds

All Zumba® Multi-Class Punch Card sales are final. There are no refunds for punch cards. We’re sorry, but this includes lost or stolen cards.

Recurring Payment Unlimited® Subscriptions may be canceled with a 30-day written notice.

The account will be canceled 30 days from the date on notice. There can be a final charge on the account depending on when you turned in the notification.

A cancellation request can be given in person at the studio or sent by US Mail only. Cancellation requests sent via email, the form on our Contact page, Facebook posts/messaging, text or any other electronic method will not be accepted.

Subscriptions that are canceled within the first 6 months of activity will be voided immediately and assessed an additional $150.00 cancellation fee. Subscriptions that are canceled after the initial 6 month period will remain valid for 30 days after the date of your cancellation notice.

Pay-As-You-Go Unlimited Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

Any workshops, trainings or events that are canceled by Danzar or Trainer(s), refunded monies can take up to 30 days to be returned.
