BOOTY BLAST Fitness

This class is going to make you leave in puddles of sweat. We will burn body fat while building muscle tone. This format was created by Ionia, the owner of Danzar. This class fuzes dance fitness, circuit training, HIIT and bodyweight exercises all while having a BLAST!!!

We are going to BLAST those GLUTES, ABS and ARMS into shape. We will use our body weight and a chair for assistance. We will also use weights. Bring some hand weights: beginners (2 lb. to 5 lb.) or advance (5 lb. to 10 lb.), depending on your ability.

Bring a mat for core work and floor stretches.
